Shipping

Once we have received your order & payment, we will send your items either via Courier, Express or Regular Australia Post depending on the item and your chosen shipping method.

Approximate Shipping times can be found during the checkout process.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. Please note that we will not dispatch an order without confirmation of payment.

Email updates as to the status of your order will be sent throughout the shipping process.

* Should you wish to pick-up your item from our address please just make a note in the comments section when processing your order as to when you will be able to pick-up your purchase.

International Shipping and Tax

We offer shipping services to New Zealand and the UK. To obtain a quote please go through the checkout process and use the calculate shipping tool to give you a price and time estimate. Please note that the time frame and pricing quoted is an estimate only and other fees and charges may need to be applied before we can ship your order.

Our pricing includes all local taxes required by law and as per international shipping requirements an invoice with the purchase amount will be placed on the outside of the order. Please note that there may be region specific taxes that apply to your order that are payable to your local taxation authority. Ellusionist Magic accepts no liability for the payment of taxes outside of Australia and it is the resposibility of the purchaser t ensure all relevant local taxes are paid on the order made.

Returns Policy

As part of our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarentee, you may return any new, unopened items (or items that are in as new condition) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Should the item be damaged in any way or damaged during return transit we will charge a 30% fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
